I went to my first ever australian formal ball.. it was ALRIGHT. The food was REALLY bad though.. worse than our cafe food.
The venue was Hilton on the park.. but sadly, the hotel was quite run-down. :( It wasn't as glam as we thought it would be.. sigh..

This guy told us this 'I used to bring my puppy into the toilet with me when I poop ... then I'll watch him scratch the door in delight ... '
It made me laugh for a few mins...... XD
The theme of the night was "illusion"... they had a magician on stage making things appear n disappear . We were REALLY bored.

My partner, mr chan + his v long last name.. he's a thai. He didn't eat anything throughout the night b'c to him, the food was 'inedible' and failed his sky high food standards... Luckily he didn't faint.
Its been a long time since I've clubbed.. thought i'ld really enjoy it after awhile.. but no.. my feet was killing me and my thighs hurt so much the next day... :( I'm old.
