OOee..went out with calvin today!..Enjoyed myself thoroughly!! We went to watch Sky Captain & the Adventures of the World! Its damn nice! Go watch it! i watched it cos Angelina Jolie was in it but she only appeared for like 30 mins?..but it was a good movie.. set in the 50's where fedoras, tweed n trench coats were in.. n so ever sexy! however, singapore's hot n humid weather did nt allow women here to look sexy in those... sad...tragedy for romancing singapore.. hw to even make babies when we cant look sexy?! When i was a kid, i always thought 50's was the Romance era.. like thats when Superman saved Lois and their romance started frm then on.. it had lots of romance classics that made love sound so ..erm.. perfect..even if in Sepia n not perfectly clear digital colours like now. I think romance is changing. People's perception of Romance have changed..drastically. Clearly, frm the movies there's significant changes...just look---->down:50's-Super heros were the IN thing (superman saving lois n they fell in love) 60's -High Sch romances (grease) even dance sch like Saturday Night Fever!80's -Hippies days and Divourcees falling for their lawyer ( Cher's movie with danny devito) 90's-Falling in love when there's crisis ( Dante's peak , Titantic, speed... so very many!)NOW...- Singnificant historic romances or teen flicks and includes alot of sex ( troy, alexander...crazy/beautiful)Times are really changing.. n so are the taste-buds for romance flicks..Anyway, i miss school already... its not even 1 week of the hols n i'm missing people watching at sch..n crapping with my frens.. i'm bored at home.. my hols could have been better if i have money..( dad was peeping what i'm blogging behind me! reminding him tt he's late..for transfering my pocket money!) .. hope he gt the hint! he better cos i'm broke n grouchy n broke...
